Delivery time and shipping

We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders that are placed as quickly as possible. However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. There is an indication of the delivery time on the product page. If for whatever reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The stated prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs within Belgium are:
You have to pay shipment for orders under €120 and free for orders over €120
Outside Belgium, the standard shipping rates of Bpost, DHL or DPD are applied
Delivery is via the postman or parcel deliverer of Bpost, DHL or DPD. In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
