Out of a garage in Oceanside, a group of friends started the Brixton brand. They found their inspiration from their diverse environment. The Hooligan, a vintage-inspired newsboy cap, was the first of a beautiful story.
The inspiration came from art, music, nature and adventure. Their goal was to unite people of different lifestyles. The people around them, the musicians, artists, craftsmen, travelers - they are Brixton's source of inspiration.
Brixton's approach starts with the classic shapes that have been reinterpreted to meet the needs of contemporary life. The products are inspired by workwear across generations - from sailors and pilots to cowboys and workers, and much more. Simply put, Brixton's headwear is inspired by the past, made for living in the present.
